Nemetschek AG acquires a 54.3% stake in Graphisoft

Budapest, 2006 December 31st - Nemetschek AG has acquired 54.3% of the 10.6 million shares in Graphisoft SE (headquartered in Budapest) at a price of EUR 9 per share. The acquisition was implemented by exercising the call option with Graphisoft shareholders agreed on December 21, 2006. The entire announcement can be read here.
