Gábor Bojár, Chairman co-founded Graphisoft® in 1982. Under his management, Graphisoft became not just the most successful multinational software firm based in Eastern Europe, but also one of the largest AEC CAD companies in the world on personal computers. Bojár and his company were honoured by several industry awards and accolades, including being named one of The Wall Street Journal Europe's Top Ten Central European Executives for 1998 and the invitation to share Graphisoft's vision at the World Economic Forum's prestigious annual meetings in Davos, Switzerland, where in 2000 the company was awarded the Technology Pioneer Award. Mr. Bojár was also invited several times to speak at the A/E/C Systems' Industry Leaders Keynote Session. Prior to founding Graphisoft he was the head of a mathematical department in the Geophysical Institute of Budapest where he developed terrain modeling software on microcomputers for on-site evaluation of geophysical measurements. He holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the Eötvös Loránd University of Science in Budapest, 1973.

Dr. Josef G. Böck
Josef Böck joined the Graphisoft Board of Directors April 2007.
He was born in 1957. After his studies in Germany, Wales and California he got a Ph.D. in Humanities. Josef Böck started his career in the IT industry 20 years ago as a business consultant. He is currently holding the position of CEO at Singhammer IT Consulting AG in Munich.

Ernst Homolka
Ernst Homolka joined the Graphisoft Board of Directors April 2007.
Ernst Homolka has been at Nemetschek AG since 1999. Since January 1, 2007 Ernst Homolka is responsible for the areas of financials, HR, legal, IT, operations, merger & acquisitions and investor relations. Preveiously he worked in various commercial positions at the Hilton International chain of hotels, then he was responsible for the commercial management of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" hotel in Munich and group accounting for Kempinski AG.

Elek Straub was elected to Graphisoft SE’s Board of Directors in April 2007. He earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest Technical University. His first job was with the Hungarian Management Development Center, then he became the Vice President of the Central Statistical Office. In 1990 he was appointed CEO of IBM Hunary and from 1995 he was Chairman and CEO at Magyar Telecom PLC for 11 years. Mr. Straub’s achievements were acknowaledged by several awards, among others: „Best Issuer of the Budapest Stock-Exchange”, „Most competitive National Carrier” awarded by The Financial Times, „Best Corporation of the Decade” awarded by Euromoney.

Kurt Dobitsch became a Supervisory Director of Graphisoft SE in April 2007. He was born in 1954 in Wels, Austria and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Dobitsch spent 27 years in the HighTech Industry in various management and executive positions at Texas Instruments, Intel, NEC and Compaq Corporation. In the last decade he follows Entrepreneurship and serves in several Advisory Boards like United Internet AG, Bechtle AG, Nemetschek AG, Hybris AG.

Péter Hornung joined Graphisoft in 1983 and served as Chief Administrative Officer and as a Managing Director until he retired in 2007. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Hornung served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, and from 1991 to 1993, he served as director for productions. Since 2006 he is a board member in the Board of Directors of Graphisoft Park SE, and since April 2008 in the Board of Directors of Graphisoft SE.
Prior to joining Graphisoft, he worked for the Geophysical Institute of Budapest. Mr. Hornung holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule für Verkehrswesen, Dresden, Germany.
