 Dominic Gallello, Chief Executive Officer was most recently EVP, Products and later, EVP, Corporate Development at Macromedia. During his 10 year career at Autodesk and it's spin out company RedSpark from 1992-2001, he held a number of executive positions. He was responsible for dramatic growth as VP of Asia/Pacific and VP of Mechanical Market Group. He later was responsible for the $600M Design Solutions Division and finally served as President and CEO of RedSpark, Inc. Prior to joining Autodesk in October 1992, Gallello spent 11 years at Intergraph Corporation, most recently serving as President of Intergraph Japan. Prior to this, as Intergraph's Director of Asian Operations, he established the Company's presence in China. Gallello lived in China and Japan for 8 years and is a fluent Japanese speaker. He holds a BA and MBA from Monmouth University.

 Eszter Czéh, Director of Human Resources joined Graphisoft as HR associate in 1999, was named Deputy Director of HR in 2001 and Director of HR in 2002. Prior to joining Graphisoft she worked for József Telkes Management Consultants. She holds a Master's Degree in French and English from the University of Pécs and a Human Resource Management degree from the International Management Center (IMC), Budapest.

 Viktor Várkonyi, Vice President of Development joined Graphisoft as a software engineer in 1992 as his first real workplace. He has worked on the development of ArchiCAD right from the beginning. He participated in every ArchiCAD development from version 4.5. Later, he received more and more management related tasks and the management of more and more people including positions Director, ArchiCAD Development and Supervisor of Cymap Development. He holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Budapest.
