IFC Add-On Hotfix Preview for ArchiCAD 14 – Build 3427
Install steps:
- Download the Hotfix.
- Exit ArchiCAD before you start the installer.
- Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer.
- Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installer. To run the installer, Java version 6 must be installed on your computer. You can install Java version 6 from your original ArchiCAD install DVD.
- Follow the instructions of the wizard to complete the installation.

- 99837 Incorrect export with "follow partial structure setting".
- 111127 Walls are not recognized by AC after merging the plan to an IFC file using model filtering.
- 111172 Beam is rotated after importing Tekla model.
- 111714 Wrong layer intersection numbers are generated when merging a Revit Structure IFC file.
- 111767 Some rounded beam profiles get distorted in ArchiCAD at import.
- 111835 Extruded beams in IFC file shrink or disappear when importing into ArchiCAD.
- 111851 With particular IFC files, Merge IFC takes too long.
- 111957 Classification data gets lost with Detect IFC Model Changes.
- 112124 Skylight saved from 3D view is not saved in IFC.
- 112144 Detect IFC Model Changes does not recognize the change in the column profile.
- 112362 Detect IFC Model Changes does not work for IFCZIP and IFCXML formats.
- 112364 Detect IFC Model Changes brings in wrong patterns.
- 112873 Incorrect export in IFCZIP format.
- 112874 Mesh is not exported in Visible mode.
- 112917 Objects move when a particular file is saved to IFC file.
- 113011 Column with rotated profile doesn't export correctly.
- 113276 Slabs classified as Roof will be exported as a BREP geometry instead of Extruded geometry.
- 113663 After importing IFC file, extruded objects will be missing from the library.
- 113961 Wall offset and position is changed at import of particular file.
- 113968 After importing particular IFC file, geometry of elements are corrupted.
- 114114 Error when generating custom property set with GER library parts
- 114141 After importing particular IFC file, columns with solid geometry have Ø height.
- 114264 After opening particular file, IFC_Common.apx is unavailable in the Library Loading Report.
- 114307 After importing particular file, beam object gets mirrored.
- 114333 After importing particular IFC file, beams get imported to wrong height position.
- 114378 After exporting IFC file and merging it back to the same project, AC creates new stories.
- 114670 After importing particular file from Revit Structure, some columns are missing.
- 114726 After importing particular file from Revit Structure, roofs' height is incorrect and some of them lose their thickness.
