Platform Independent Programming
The Development Kit is shipped with several additional Modules.
They are not components of the core API (except for GSRoot and InputOutput), however we strongly
recommend to use them instead of platform-dependent functions.
The Development Kit includes another built-in function set to
provide platform independent interface for resource management. This can be optionally replaced
by the RSxxx functions in the
GSRoot module.
All other components of platform-independent programming were moved to the supplied modules. See the appropriate module's documentation for details.
