Oppenheim Architecture + Design - Case Study
Introduction: On June 7, 2005, Graphisoft and Oppenheim Architecture + Design, an internationally recognized firm, presented a live webcast to over 350 building industry professionals. The project presented was Ten Museum Park, a 50-story luxury high-rise in oceanfront Miami, which is currently under construction. This 600,000-square-foot structure will contain two hundred high-end condominiums, four hundred parking spaces, 20,000 square feet of Clinique La Prairie Spa Fitness Center, a 25,000-square-foot sky garden, twenty swimming pools, and an upscale restaurant and outdoor cafe.
