Educational and Trial versions of VBE for AC14

The Educational and Trial versions of VBE for AC14 are available to download from MyArchiCAD.com. Both versions are protected with license numbers, which can also be obtained from MyArchiCAD.com.

Educational version

• ArchiCAD 14 EDU users with a valid educational license can log in to MyArchiCAD using their existing account and download the installer of the corresponding VBE language version. They do not have to obtain a new Educational license since the VBE installer will automatically find their existing ArchiCAD 14 EDU installation and use the license file located there.
• Those without an Educational license have to log in to MyarchiCAD first and obtain an ArchiCAD educational license. After receiving it they can download the ArchiCAD and VBE installers and start the installation process. Please note that ArchiCAD has to be installed prior to VBE.
• The terms and conditions of using VBE Educational version are the same as for the ArchiCAD Educational version.

Trial version

• ArchiCAD 14 Trial users with a valid trial license can log in to MyArchiCAD.com with their existing account and download the installer of the corresponding VBE language version. During installation of VBE they will be requested to provide their ArchiCAD trial license number, which they received earlier from MyArchiCAD.com.
• Users of the commercial version of ArchiCAD 14 (with a WIBU keyplug) have to log into MyarchiCAD.com first and request a trial license. Once they received it they can download the VBE installer and start the installation process. The installer will ask them to provide the trial license number.
• The trial version of VBE is valid for 30 days. After the trial period expires VBE will switch to demo mode.
