How does ArchiCAD identify the font types on different platforms

ArchiCAD refers to fonts by name.

When opening multiplatform formatted ArchiCAD Files on either a Mac or a Windows machine: Only if exactly the same fontname is available on both platforms: then will the same font be found and used by the program.
