6. Presentation

The ability to deliver design intent to the customer is critical. ArchiCAD's Virtual Building model gives users a rich set of tools to help them to develop state-of-the art project presentations that can truly illustrate your model concept.

6.1. Project Navigator and Project Map [00:34]

ArchiCAD's Project Navigator provides easy access to all of your model's views, documents, lists, details and schedules.

6.2. Vectorial sun shadows [00:24]

ArchiCAD lets you enrich and enhance your sections and elevations with vectorial sun shadows. As the project changes - all the shades are updated automatically.

You can display and present all your project's 3D zone spaces and explain all their functional arrangements and connections. These can be clearly displayed using different color combinations.

6.4. Realtime 3D flythroughs [00:25]

You can switch between axonometric and perspective views at any time, and perform quick, real-time flythoughs on the screen while you are presenting your project. You can also export the flythroughs as movie clips.

6.5. Working with the LightWorks rendering engine [01:46]

ArchiCAD 9 out-of-the-box features an industry favorite - the LightWorks rendering engine. It's used by over 80 applications and over one million users.

The ability to quickly create and change your presentation set (and the applied materials if necessary) allows you to develop design intents, and open an effective and meaningful dialog with your client.
