Introduction

GRAPHISOFT BIMx is an innovative presentation tool that allows you to create photorealistic walk-through models from your ArchiCAD projects.

You may be familiar with this product under the name of Virtual Building Explorer, an optional add-on that was available starting with ArchiCAD 13.

As of ArchiCAD 15, the product is called BIMx. The new BIMx, while retaining all the features of Virtual Building Explorer, also lets you publish and explore the models you create on your desktop on mobile devices including iPad 1 and 2, iPod Touch 4th generation, and iPhone 3GS or 4. This way, your clients can share in the interactive and exciting BIMx experience using a mobile device, anywhere, without needing ArchiCAD themselves.
