Supported Versions

ARCHICAD: Hotfixes are typically issued for the two most current versions of ARCHICAD. Troubleshooting assistance by GRAPHISOFT direct support personnel is provided for the three most current versions. Support for older versions is limited to information available on, Help Center and ARCHICAD-Talk. Solutions are usually available in the current version of ARCHICAD.

ARCHICAD STAR(T) edition: No regular Hotfixes are provided for STAR(T) edition - critical bugs are evaluated and fixes are released if necessary. Troubleshooting assistance is provided for a limited time after purchase - local policies apply.
