Catalano Architects is a boutique residential architecture firm located in a beautifully restored historic building in the heart of Boston's financial district. We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for new homes, renovations, and additions, while collaborating closely with clients to understand their lifestyle needs, design preferences, and project goals. You will coordinate and integrate the work of structural, mechanical, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery, and conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify that work complies with design documents and applicable residential building codes. Additional responsibilities include preparing project schedules, progress reports, and updating budgets throughout all phases of design and construction, while providing proactive support to the firm’s principals and project teams.

• Professional Architectural Degree, licensure preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of residential design experience, including detailing and project management
• Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Experience with 2D rendering and 3D modeling in various design platforms
• ArchiCAD experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and MA state regulations
