Duties include collaborating with Project Designers and coordination with consultants to produce construction documents sufficient for permit and construction. ArchiCAD Designer Wanted

In this position you will design residential and light commercial structures in a 3D CAD environment. The details matter, so accuracy and efficiency are critical. Interact directly with future homeowners, structural engineer(s), county building officials, and IHC staff to insure each structure conforms to local/international building codes and best practice design methodology. Advise customers of improvements in design to improve livability while conforming to finished budget expectations.
