How BIM Is Changing the Way Architectural Projects Are Delivered
The cutting edge of collaboration and productivity, as practiced by project owners and contractors
Seminar Overview
With labor shortages and growing pressure to improve productivity, BIM is drawing attention in the architecture industry not just as a 3D modeling tool, but as a collaboration platform that connects every stakeholder in a project.
In this seminar, we will use real-world examples to show how BIM enables smoother coordination between project owners and contractors, more efficient workflows, and new ways to win more projects.
We will also explain how companies with limited BIM experience or specialist staff can set up teams and make the most of their people to use BIM on real projects. From both the owner’s and the contractor’s perspective, we will introduce new ways of working and the business opportunities that BIM makes possible.
