Descripción

Overview

The DBD-BIM Plug-in for ARCHICAD enables model-based cost planning directly within ARCHICAD. It allows users to assign DBD-BIM data to model elements and link them with construction work items, quantities, and individually calculated cost information.
Instead of relying on static cost values, users benefit from current regional indicative prices for construction works. These are calculated using individually configurable cost elements, so the cost information is aligned with the specific project configuration.

Key Capabilities

DBD-BIM provides standardized building element properties from the DIN BIM Cloud and DIN SPEC 91400. It links model elements with STLB-Bau-compatible construction work items and supports classifications such as DIN 276, OmniClass, and Uniclass directly in the model.
Users can also access relevant standards during the planning process, helping to connect model information, cost planning, and technical requirements in one workflow.

Who It's For

The plug-in is designed for architects, planners, and project teams working with ARCHICAD who want to connect design decisions with reliable cost information at an early stage.

Typical Workflows

Typical workflows include assigning DBD-BIM data to ARCHICAD model elements, configuring cost elements, evaluating construction costs according to DIN 276, reviewing quantities and cost information in relation to the model, and preparing structured data for AVA workflows and STLB-Bau-based bill of quantities generation.
