Small RIBA Chartered Practice based in London specialising in residential and commercial development — backland and infill housing, change of use, and complex urban sites. We work across the full RIBA stages, from feasibility and planning through to contract administration and completion. We're looking for an experienced Part II or Part III architect to join a small, skilled team on a varied and technically interesting workload.
ARB/RIBA Part II (minimum) or Part III qualified
Minimum 2 years' post-Part II experience in UK residential or mixed-use projects
Strong working knowledge of London planning policy
Proficient in ArchiCAD (preferred) or equivalent BIM software
Confident producing planning and technical drawing packages to a high standard
Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, comfortable in a small practice environment
Right to work in the UK
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Varied project portfolio across residential development, change of use, and infill housing in London. Direct involvement with clients and consultants from early stages. Part III candidates will be supported with a suitable case study project to assist RIBA examination. Flexible working considered.
