We are presently seeking an enthusiastic design professional for the role of Project Designer/Architect with 2-5 years of experience who is a either a licensure candidate or licensed architect. Project experience should include all phases of architectural design projects from set-up through design and construction administration. Candidates must possess strong skills in teamwork, design, technical documentation, and verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate would have design experience in theming or religious worship spaces markets; construction and fabrication skills utilizing design tools ranging from 3D modeling to CNC operation; and/or a strong desire or skills to hand fabricate installations. Primary job responsibilities will be working on church designs, construction & permit documents and construction phase services plus serve as a liaison with project clients, trades, and agencies. An ability to work independently is a must. Similarly, we place a high value on strong design capabilities that are combined with strong computer graphics skills. Candidates should have a sound knowledge of 3D modeling programs (i.e. ArchiCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max, Vray, Twinmotion, Z Brush).
