Huw Roberts was named Chief Executive Officer of GRAPHISOFT in 2019 and oversees the firm’s global business operations. Prior to joining GRAPHISOFT in 2018 as VP, Americas, Huw served as Chief Marketing Officer for BlueCielo, a global Asset Lifecycle Information Management software company, and prior to that as Vice President of Marketing for Bentley Systems, a global leader in software solutions for the design, construction, and operations of infrastructure. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Huw holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Gábor Svéd, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, joined GRAPHISOFT in 2015. Gábor started his professional career with Procter & Gamble, where he held international roles in brand finance management and corporate treasury. Prior to joining GRAPHISOFT, he spent 10 years in the travel industry with Thomas Cook as CFO of the Hungarian operations, followed by international responsibilities in Eastern Europe. Gábor holds a CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management from the Vienna University of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
András Haidekker, Vice President, EMEA-Pacific, joined GRAPHISOFT in 1992 as a software engineer. He later moved to the sales team, initially responsible for the German-language markets. In 1997, András established GRAPHISOFT’s UK operations. From 2001, he led GDL Technology, GRAPHISOFT’s Internet start-up. Since 2005, he has been responsible for sales in strategic markets. In 2011, he was appointed Vice President for EMEA. András holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, an MASc from the University of Quebec and an MBA from Corvinus University, Budapest.
Bence Kovács, Vice President, Asia, joined GRAPHISOFT in 1994 in Japan, where he became General Manager in 1996. In 2000, he returned to GRAPHISOFT’s Budapest headquarters as Vice President of Product Management. Bence joined Erick van Egeraat associated architects in 2006 as Managing Director. He returned to GRAPHISOFT in 2009 as head of the Japanese subsidiary. Bence was appointed Vice President for Asia in October, 2013. Bence holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Tokyo University of Technology.
Zsolt Kerecsen was named Vice President, Product Development, in 2018. Prior to joining GRAPHISOFT, he held several senior engineering positions at LogMeIn, most recently as Head of Engineering for the Remote Support product portfolio. Zsolt holds an MsC in Technical Informatics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
Eszter Czéh, Vice President, Human Resources, joined GRAPHISOFT as an HR associate in 1999, was named Deputy Director of Human Resources in 2001, and Director of Human Resources in 2002. Prior to joining GRAPHISOFT, she worked for József Telkes Management Consultants. Eszter holds a Master’s Degree in French and English from the University of Pécs and a Human Resource Management Degree from the International Management Center (IMC), Budapest.
Ákos Pfemeter, Vice President, Marketing, joined GRAPHISOFT in 1999 as a technical support engineer. Shortly thereafter, he took on the management of the Technical Support team, followed by Client Services and Product Management. Ákos has led GRAPHISOFT’s global marketing efforts since 2007. His current responsibilities also include GRAPHISOFT’s product strategy, customer relations and business management. Prior to joining GRAPHISOFT, Ákos spent three years in the building industry as an architect. Ákos holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and an MBA from Buckinghamshire New University, UK.
