Graphisoft Celebrates 20 Years of Commitment to Architects with Special ARCHICAD Release
20th Anniversary Edition of ARCHICAD 7.0 includes extended functionality and bonus content
Budapest, March 12, 2002 - Graphisoft, developer of the pioneering 3D model-based architectural CAD solution ARCHICAD®, announced today that in the latest product release of ARCHICAD, users - existing as well as new - will benefit from additional hundreds of carefully selected parametric objects.
With the ARCHICAD 20th Anniversary Edition - the latest and most up-to-date release of ARCHICAD 7.0 - Graphisoft offers the freedom of choice of the operation system (including Mac OS X and Windows XP) in one multi-platform CD to every ARCHICAD user. The new release's highlights include fine-tuned DWG/DXF conversion, extended electronic Help and the ability of handling transparent bitmaps.
The ARCHICAD 20th Anniversary Edition also contains a bonus CD with more than three hundred 3D parametric objects developed in Graphisoft's acclaimed GDL format as well as wide range of texture finishes. The range of the object libraries and textures extends from construction work through urban design to interior and exterior design.
The US edition will also feature NCS (National CAD Standard) compatibility.
