Birmingham, England – June 1, 2000 – Graphisoft, a leading provider of software solutions
to the architectural profession and building industry worldwide, received the IT for
Construction Award at Interbuild 2000 in the UK for its flagship architectural design
product, Archicad.

The five-day Interbuild show is held bi-annually at the National Exhibition Centre in
Birmingham. More than 2,000 companies took part in Interbuild 2000, May 21-26, including
Graphisoft, who presented the powerful new features of Archicad 6.5, and its link with
Cymap UK’s heating, ventilation and air-condition design software. Integrated with
Archicad, Cymap’s CADLink software successfully demonstrated the superiority of 3D
model-based building design.
The awards, sponsored by Construction Plus, were given to eleven other exhibitors at the
show in categories such as Doors and Windows, Building Services and Total Lighting.
