Oversize

In some cases it is necessary to create an opening in the wall larger than the outside dimensions of the frame. The oversized parameters cause a gap between the frame and the wall on the left, right, upper and lower side of the opening respectively. If their value is negative, then the actual opening size will be smaller then the frame.
