The setting Parametric Level = Low completely removes parameters from the list but the most important parameters remain. With this, you simplify the handling of the door object. In the case of Parametric Level = High, you will find all parameters we discussed above in the list. Fully Editable enables hotspot editing. If turned on, you can change the door leaves opening angle graphically as described in the section Visual Editing. If it is switched to off, a plain black hotspot will appear on the handle instead of the editable red star-shaped hotspot. After clicking on this hotspot the pet palette that pops up will not contain the Stretch button. Archicad’s GDL objects can recognize the scale of the floor plan. Many of the objects, like this door, change their shape depending on the scale. The higher the scale, the simpler the presentation of the object is. This has a trivial technical reason; too many lines close to each other cannot be printed or displayed clearly. If you want this behavior, set 2D Detail Level to Scale Sensitive. You can also choose a high or low detail level by choosing the option Detailed or Simple. Double Line Leaf is similar to simple, but the leaf will be drawn with two lines. If the command Off is selected, it will not display scale sensitive detail.
