Certain articles published in the financial and other media recently, referred to a potential
additional share floatation by Graphisoft as part of the planned secondary listing of the
Company’s shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange. While the Budapest listing is an
important step in order to better serve the growing demand from emerging market- and
domestic retail investors, Graphisoft does not intend to issue additional shares at the time of
the listing. The Company is sufficiently capitalized for its future investment plans and does
not need further cash injection.
Graphisoft expects trading of its shares in Budapest to begin in April this year.*
